However we are not responsible, we are not responsible, we are not responsible for the 1 over 30 shipments (this is not an exact data) damage caused by external use during the transportation. Please understand that a cardboard tube sent from Spain to any other place in the world, may or may not get damaged on the way. If you prefer to insure your order in case of damage so we can claim later, email us before placing your order and we'll be happy to send you the costs. Not insured packages can't be claimed later if there is any caused damage. Sorry.
