Is the printed magazine in English or Spanish?
SOLO Magazine is bilingual. The main language is English and you'll find the Spanish texts and translations at the end of the magazine.

How long does delivery take?

We usually ship orders twice per week, from our office in Valencia, Spain. Shipping within Spain typically takes 24-48hours and 5 to 7 days for international orders, depending on your location. If you have any questions about your order, please e-mail us at sales@solomagazine.coffee. Please do not send us DM in Instagram for doubts regarding your order.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries. Look for yours at checkout, if you can't find it, look to your closest stockist here.

What is the reason for the high cost of international shipping?
Unfortunately, international shipping—even via the most basic post—is expensive. We are always looking for shops and stockists overseas to save readers the shipping & handling, so if you have any suggestions of local places that would be a good fit, let us know. You can check out our growing list of stockists for the nearest retailer.

Will I need to pay import duties?
When ordering goods for delivery outside of EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you; SOLO has no control over these. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.

How do I check the status of my order?
Amongst the emails you'll receive when placing your order, you'll receive a tracking number. SOLO is not responsible for any items that are lost, delayed, late or damaged during shipping or packages that have been returned due to wrong shipping address, contact information or not reclaimed. Returned orders will not be shipped again, except when there has been an error from our side. Then we'll be more than pleased of mending our error. In any case, you can contact the carrier company yourself in order to have further information using your tracking number.

What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns. Due to the small nature of our operations we can't afford handling returns for now, but we'll be happy to look for a solution for any problems you might have.

What should I do if I don’t receive an issue?
You'll have a tracking number to be able track your order anytime and to contact the carrier company in case you need to. However, due to the small nature of our operations, SOLO is not responsible for any items that are lost or returned due to wrong shipping address, contact information or not reclaimed. Returned orders will not be shipped again, except when there has been an error from our side. Then we'll be more than pleased of mending our error. However, please contact us at sales@solomagazine.coffee for assistance if you can't solve the problem and we'll do our best.

How can I get a copy of a sold out issue?
Check our stockists page and try luck!

Will you re-print sold out issues?
We do not plan to re-print any issues that have sold out. Our magazine is offset printed, so it’s not as simple as making a few more copies.

How often do you publish new issues?
We publish twice a year, in the winter and in the summer.

Is there a digital version of the magazine?
No, sorry!

Do you have a press or media kit?
Yes, our media kit is available under request. Feel free to contact us at adv@solomagazine.coffee.

How do I stock SOLO in my retail or online shop?
We'd love to be at your place! You can order wholesale copies directly from us at sales@solomagazine.coffee (if you are located in Spain) or to Ra&Olly at office@raandollyltd.com if you are an international stockist. Please send us an e-mail once you receive your copies of SOLO so we can update our stockists page.
